Cure Acne
Acne is a skin disorder which results from the action of hormones and other
substances on the skin's oil glands (sebaceous glands) and hair follicles. Acne
can occur in anyone or with any skin type at any stage of a person’s life.
The term ‘Acne’ is also known as plugged pores (blackheads and
whiteheads), pimples, and even deeper lumps (cysts or nodules). These can occur
on the face, neck, chest, back, shoulders and even the upper arms.
Acne is generally placed into three categories; mild, moderate or severe. Acne
is a condition that can be improved or controlled by monitoring with a professional
skin care program, or medical care combined with the home care program.
There are various medications and antibiotics which has to be taken for several
months for any improvement in sever acne conditions. However, non-prescription
acne products can control milder cases of acne without medical care.
People who have skin problems such as acne, need to get a lot of vitamins into
their body. The best way to do this is to eat fruits. Eating apples is recommended
for those who have skin problems.
Another method is to cut a potato in half and rub the flat edge of the potato
onto your acne areas. The vitamins in the potato help remove redness caused
by acne and helps to break down the bacteria in the pores.
If your acne is stress related, drinking chamomile tea or lavender tea can
help to calm you down and relieve stress as well.
Fruits and vegetables are foods that help cure acne. The vitamins and minerals
that are found in fruits and vegetables make them great treatments for acne.
If you can eat them raw, that will help a lot because raw vegetables retain
the important vitamins and minerals your skin needs.

it once a day to see how well your skin responds to it, then increase to twice
a day. Garlic and milk also work together to actually clear skin and get rid
of acne quick. Make it a habit to wash your face 2-3 times daily.
Do not you wash your face more than three times as that may will affect the
pH value which results your skin to become dry. This is one of the reasons for
the growth of dead cells. You should use a moisturizer as well as a sun screen
when you go out in the sun.
